At Amirat Aloud, we carefully prepare and package every order to ensure your fragrances arrive safely and in excellent condition.
ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been successfully received.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays may begin processing on the next business day.
SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY
Shipping rates and available delivery options are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your order and delivery destination.
Estimated delivery times shown at checkout begin after your order has been processed and are estimates only. Delivery times are not guaranteed.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.
Please allow some time for tracking information to update after the carrier receives your package.
SHIPPING ADDRESS
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
Please review your shipping information carefully before submitting your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at amirataloud@gmail.com.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address.
DELAYS
Amirat Aloud is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, holidays, customs, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
LOST OR MISSING PACKAGES
If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please check around the delivery location and contact the shipping carrier.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at amirataloud@gmail.com.
Please include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue and assist you.
