RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Amirat Aloud, we want you to shop with confidence. Please review our return and refund policy before making a purchase.

RETURNS

We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unopened, in its original packaging, and in the same condition in which it was received.

For hygiene, safety, and product integrity reasons, opened, sprayed, tested, or used fragrances are not eligible for return or exchange.

To request a return, please contact us at amirataloud@gmail.com before sending any item back. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged or defective, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible at amirataloud@gmail.com.

Please include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

We cannot accept returns on:

• Opened or used fragrances
• Items that have been sprayed or tested
• Items not in their original condition or packaging
• Gift cards
• Final sale items, when clearly marked as final sale

REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect an approved return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

RETURN SHIPPING

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning an item. Amirat Aloud is not responsible for return packages lost in transit.

CANCELLATIONS

If you need to cancel or modify an order, please contact us as soon as possible at amirataloud@gmail.com.

We will make every effort to accommodate your request, but once an order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to cancel or modify it.
